Phytosanitary Certificate for Plant Export

Phytosanitary certificate

Plant-health documents are confirmed shipment by shipment

A phytosanitary certificate is an official plant-health document issued by the competent authority after the applicable inspection requirements are met. The exact requirements depend on the plants, destination, import permit and any additional declarations.

Coordination process

Prepare the correct shipment information early

Confirm destination rules

The buyer or importer checks import permits, restricted species and destination-specific conditions.

Match the plant list

Botanical names, quantities, origin and shipment details are aligned with the confirmed order.

Coordinate inspection

Rolling Hills Plant coordinates the agreed export-side preparation and supports the official inspection process.

Important note

The certificate does not replace an import permit

When the destination requires an import permit, treatment, additional declaration or other authorization, those items must be confirmed before shipment. Final documents are tied to the actual shipment and should be reviewed against the quotation and destination requirements.

Send the destination and plant list

We will review what export-side phytosanitary preparation and shipment documents can be confirmed for the order.
